• All team members can view and interact with shared content

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload

5. Content Deletion

You can delete your User Content at any time through the Service. When you delete content:

• The content will be removed from your view and your team members' views
• Deleted content may remain in our backups for a limited period for data recovery purposes
• We will permanently delete your content from our active systems in accordance with our data retention policies

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, abusive, or offensive material
